    Worst McDonald's ever! The shop is dirty and disgusting and they take forever to get the order together! Tried to charge me twice for my meal

    Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries while I watched 20+ people get their drive thru orders. Line was through the door. Floor was super slick because of snow. They did nothing about it. Food was awful to top it off.

    This a copy of the letter I sent to the survey email at the bottom of my receipt. We haven’t been impressed with the chain for quite awhile. We had a very unpleasant experience at your store. We order our food via your kiosk at 12:37 on 12/22/2025. It was delivered incorrectly about 1:15 (missing coffee, missing burger, and wrong burger) I sent it back asking for the corrections. Those were delivered at 1:29. I told the girl in a sweatshirt, I assume manager, but no name tag that it took over 45 minutes to get our correct food. She replied with “ok” no apology, no offer of part return for meal nothing. I’ve not had such an unpleasant experience at a McDonalds.

    It’s a hill billy show in here. Looking at the staff is entertainment at the finest McDonalds. Manager walking around in a denim outfit costume. Co manager walking around in crocs. It feels like you’ve entered the circus and enjoying the 30 minute wait with some free weird show.

    Fries were cold service horrible! The girl that gave me my food was rude and arguing with me about my chicken wrap which was wrong ordered a chicken ranch wrap an got a chicken wrap with some nasty sauce! The workers name is Diamond and she made a comment about doing something to my food! So didnt eat it!
