  Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru on Sunday 3-1-26 around 3:30pm. They food was fine once we got it, but waiting 25 minutes for one meal at McDonalds? Won't be stopping here again.

  This may be the worst ran and understaffed McDonalds I have experienced. Corporate needs to step in and help immediately with this location.

  Payed cash got shorted but i got it, no sauce shorted a 4 piece nugget, then ordered a plain cheese burger and theres catch up and onions on it, on top of it the burger buns where flipped inside out. Every single time i go here they mess up the order and i mean every. Sloppy food it’s not worth a cent going there. The only praise i have is for the person in the second window an older lady whos always nice. But for the rest of them seriously need the mcdonalds corp to come down on this franchise owner so much for the mcdonalds golden standard

  Waited 35 minutes for a drive thru order. If I wanted to spend that long on breakfast, I certainly would have gone somewhere better than McDonald’s! No one warned us when we ordered that it would be far from fast food.

  This McDonald's is by far the worst one I have ever been too. I have been going here since I was a child and it has only gotten worse not better with time. It is always understaffed so the employees are over worked and alot of times rude. I cant remember the last time I actually recieved hot food in my order. The fries are always cold and 9/10 times you will have to bring your sandwich back ro the cou ter to get it fixed, as they dont seem to pay attention to the changes you ask for, and they throw the sandwiches together so fast that when you unwrap it the burger is half on the bread or the cheese is covering only part of the burger, or they pump so much ketchup or mayo on it that it seeps out the sides and then gets spread all over the outside of the bun when they wrap the paper around it. I have recieved some very messy almost inedible sandwiched from this location alot. They also only give you 1 or 2 sauces for the nuggets even with a 20 peice and then charge uou 25 cents for an extra one. The hours fir this location also change randomly, so youll go to fet food at 8pm and find a sign on the druve thru speaker saying they are closed due to no staff. They rarely have milkshakes ad the machine is always "broken", or down for cleaning. The employees that work here have stated that they go 2 or 3 weeks at times without recieving their paychecks which is the main reason why this location is understaffed. McDonald's is really lacking on the customer and employee care as of recently, atleadt in this location. I didnt know the franchise location decides the level of care the owning company provides, but apparently in this case it seems to be that way. Hopefully McDonald's will put the time and attention into this restaurant to get it back on its feet and transform its reputation and ratings from 1-2 stars to the 4-5 stars it could be. This location has been open or over 30 years and has the potential to remain open for years to come if its properly managed, but if it continues like it has been then I honestly dont see it still being open 5 years from now.
