- AAAlex Alvarado1 day ago5.0Went to Outback Steakhouse in Wappinger Falls and had a great experience. The food was on point—steaks cooked exactly how we asked, everything fresh and flavorful. The service really stood out though, super friendly staff and very attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m craving a good steak and a relaxed atmosphere.

Might come back soon if Nikki takes happy pills. Go to Texas Roadhouse or Chili’s instead for better friendly service.

The onion rings were well done the steak I ordered was lucky if it was 2 inches not very happy with my order today. I have been a long time Customer and I believe this is the first time I’ve been disappointed.

The food was great but our server had our appetizer’s, entree’s and deserts come out all at the same time. We had just taken our first bite of our food and our server comes back asking if we need boxes, mind you our plates were full deserts weren’t touched yet, and she asked if we need box’s. Every other server around us was very nice telling customers to take their time and ours rushed us the entire time. Worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. Food was still amazing but she needs to be re trained on how to properly attend to customers. Especially on our anniversary/ Valentine’s Day. Unbelievable.
