Truthfully, this was the worst experience I've ever had at any food establishment and it has stayed with me for days after so I had to write this review. I went in on a Sunday and was completely IGNORED by all 3+ staff members. Some of which were walking back and forth -- looked at me and said NOTHING. it was completely disrespectful to not even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there waiting to order. A simple "I'll be right with you" would have saved the day, but these employees were completely clueless and had no customer service skills. I then said out loud so they could here that I was going to another Dunkin where I wasn't treated as if I was invisible. Several other customers on the line AGREED indicating it would be at least decent for the employees to acknowledge presence and that they would be right with us -- this was never done. When addressed with the assistant manager, I was met with that she was busy elsewhere in the store and did not see the interaction but that I could call back and speak to a manager. I was tired of feeling ignored and asked for the manager to give me the call back to acknowledge my presence in this establishment. She indicated that she left a note with my phone number and texted the manager. the manager, Avi, however, DOES NOT CARE enough to follow up. I waited until Wednesday for him to actually care enough to call back -- to no avail. I called him and was met with a rude, disrespectful, and entitled attitude -- all while he said I was "yelling at him." He simply cannot handle a customer who is sternly speaking to him about a situation that made me feel completely miserable for quite sometime enough that I am still floored and he had the audacity to make it worse by continuing the insulting behavior in this store -- its no wonder this is why his employees act the way that they do. . . they get it from somewhere. I asked for his boss's number or for a call from his boss (he refused since he knew he was in the wrong). The motto "the customer is always right" isn't it at this store. I was forced to call corporate and made a complaint asking for a representative to call me. I am diligently awaiting that call. I will never use this establishment again and will go to other Dunkin's until this one learns manners and respect. I suppose it is worth it to mention that I worked at a Dunkin for 7 years (both as a crew member and in the management team) and I never made or would have made a customer feel this way.

The employees here are all phenomenal, I've yet to have an experience other than exceptional. I would like to also specifically highlight Jaden, if I were his employer I would be beyond thrilled. He is communicative, thorough, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. He somehow manages to make the simple act of buying a coffee become a whole experience, that's a very unique skill set, unique and awesome! Overall 10 out of 10 all across the board

Had a great breaakfast with a geat friend. Staff very friendly. Place extremely clean. Not like other d.d. shops. Also the atmosphere is great and very different. Also they have items on menu are different than most...all types of new selections,,enjoyed the tv also....eilren. and georgia
