  I’ve officially reached my limit with this location. This morning I ordered avocado toast with bacon and a butter pecan hot coffee. The toast came out without bacon, and when I asked about it, the employee told me it wasn’t on my receipt—so I must not have ordered it. There was no attempt to fix it, just a very dismissive, couldn’t-care-less attitude. To make things worse, I didn’t realize until I got to work that my coffee was wrong too. This is not a one-time issue. This location consistently gets orders wrong, and the customer service matches that level of care. There are other Dunkin’ locations nearby that provide much better service and actually get orders right. I’ll be going to those from now on.

  I just came to this Dunkin to get a cup of coffee and the young lady at the register tried to give me a cup of coffee from a pot blinking red. When I asked her if she can brew me a fresh pot of coffee she refused and said “I cannot we close in 15 minutes and that will take me 5 minutes” yikes, you guys need a new closing crew with proper etiquette! Will never ever be coming back to this dunkin.

  I am very shocked to see the negative reviews on this location. I never have a bad experience here. Occasionally a long wait, but during a very obvious rush and always accompanied by apologies and kindness despite them being under pressure. Coffee is always tasty and consistent. Service is excellent but I wanted to shoutout whoever is working the drive thru today 3/23 @ 9:30 am! The woman who took my order had positive energy radiating through the speaker that made my overwhelming morning much, much better. The gentleman at the window was also very kind. It’s small things that truly make a difference in your experience when it comes to service.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin. It took a long time to get my food, even though it didn’t seem that busy. When I finally got my order, one of the bagels wasn’t even toasted at all, and the other bagel I received was completely cold. It was frustrating to wait that long and still have the order come out wrong. I usually expect better service and quality, so this visit was definitely a letdown. They need to get people that actually know what they are doing.
