He was very immature and unprofessional, saying that's just how the cup is, and even made all his coworkers feel the cup to see if it was sticky. I mean, am I the one drinking the cup or are all of us taking turns to take a sip? He kept telling me to stay out of it because he was speaking to his "coworker," which doesn't even seem like a term he'd know how to use properly. Then he told me I could go to a different Dunkin' and get a new coffee there. Well, guess what? Now I and the other people with me will go to a different Dunkin', and his paycheck will suffer for it 😌. Additionally, as I was talking to my friend about it, he told me to step out because his coworker was trying to get the order and couldn't. Like, excuse me, you can't kick me out just because you don't like the subject of what I'm saying. He also gave my uncle a hard time because all my uncle said was to make the coffee hot, and he said that's just how it is, clearly not wanting to do his job. I hope the manager reads this review and realizes how important it is to teach your workers professionalism. Many people in my position would have stayed silent, so I'm sure this has happened to many others. I will never come to this Dunkin' again, especially since he told me I should go to another Dunkin'.
