    I went to the drive through and nobody answered after I repeatedly asked if someone was there. I drove up to the window and told the young man working there that no one answered me on the drive through. Then, this young genius told me that he couldn't take my order at the window and that I would have to go back to the drive through. I told them I would go somewhere else because of the inconvenience.

    My brother's car got got sideswiped at this location and no one wants to help him nor the police department nor the camera person nobody in this location is helpful. Bas place

    On sunday March 22, 2026, My wife and I went to the Duncan on route 52 in Walden NY and received the worst customer service we have ever witnessed, of all the Duncan's in the area! We ordered two iced coffees, three wake up wraps, one bagel with cream cheese and one doughnut. The bill came to a little over 20 dollars. When we arrived at the drive through window all the server gave us was the coffee and the doughnut. We asked the server where the remainder of our order was? she then took our receipt, looked at it and became angered directing her anger towards us.. the server then called the manager over. The manager then took our receipt and requested our debit card, and said she was going to give us a refund. We then asked if we were going to get the remainder of our food? At this point the manager became angered as if we did something wrong. Again she became angered and frustrated and mumbling something under her breath, her anger was directed towards both me and my wife. Stating "we didnt want the food." I then told the manager that WE DID want the food we ordered and paid for and didn't appreciate her accusatory attitude towards us. The manager then stated in a very uncustomer oriented tone of voice that she was not accusing us of doing anything. I then advised her that we would never be visiting this Duncan location ever again. We have been customer of the local Duncan's in our area and this our first visit (and last visit) to this particular Duncan's. We love Duncan and have always been treated with respect. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer care this particular Duncan gave us. The staff at this Duncan is a detriment to the Duncan brand.

    I went through the drive thru early in the morning on my way to take my granddaughter to school. I ordered a croissant and specifically said "light on the butter". When I get my croissant, I noticed butter protruding from the croissant. I thought maybe its a little butter stuck on the edge. Then, when i bit into the croissant, I thought i bit into a jar of butter 🧈👀 in the middle of bread. I had to ask my granddaughter to get a napkin and wipe of the excessive amount of butter on the croissant. Customer service needs improvement in listening to the customer. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to eating a croissant without so much butter.

    Why work when you have zero desire to actually work? My daughter and I pulled up and placed our order. We were ordering two drinks, that's it. Not for 20 people. Yet the girl taking our order had the nerve to loudly click her tongue in annoyance with our order. The kicker? They got both drinks wrong and were even more annoyed with having to make them again. Seriously. The quality in workers has gone downhill here.
