Putting the safety of customers out the window. And then refusing to take accountability! Customer asked when making reservation if this establishment is accessible, and they were told yes. Only to be BLAMED for not saying the wheelchair is electric, and therefore very heavy and cannot be lifted??? Extremely disheartening, and I will be sure to tell everybody I know that if someone in your party has a disability, this is NOT the place to go! These owners should be ashamed. Absolutely disgraceful!

Upon arrival there were steps into the front door. I went inside to ask if there was another entry or portable ramp and was informed there was not. When I stated I was told it was wheelchair accessible upon inquiring when I made the reservation, the staff member stated they usually lift up the wheelchair to get the person in. This is unsafe. I was then told it was our fault for not letting them know the wheelchair weighed 300 pounds. Lifting a wheelchair into a restaurant does not make it accessible. None of the staff was apologetic. This treatment added to the emotions of an already difficult day of leaving wreaths on our loved ones graves a few days before Christmas

Beware if visiting with someone elderly or using a wheelchair—this restaurant needs either a proper ramp or better-trained, more informed staff.
