  On Sunday, June 8, 2025, I approached the counter at approximately 2:20 in the afternoon. There was a woman behind the counter and as I was about to speak, she said that the Subway was closed. This was strange because of the time of the day when other restaurants were open. There were no markers or indications that the Subway was closed. I went to Burger King instead. What also left me stunned and shaken was the worker’s cold and unenthusiastic nature. I went on my iPhone to see when this particular Subway’s hours of operation are. According to the website, this Subway was listed as open. I am including 2 screenshots to show that the Subway was listed as open during my experience.

  Great place for a quick, fresh meal. The sandwiches are always customizable, and the ingredients are fresh. Friendly staff and clean environment make it even better!

  The attitude of the front desk clerk was very, very bad. She was always unhappy when ordering things, and she was very angry when she asked for two more bags. I don't know why. I suggest that the boss replace this employee. Because of her, we don't want to come back

  Absolutely the worst service ever! The female Latina behind the counter was so rude. "Just to let you know all I have is wraps and flatbread" I asked "what about all that bread right there?" It just came out, I'm not gonna burn myself. This was after waiting 6 minutes for someone to come up from the back to even acknowledge there were customers. Ridiculous! It's 12:05, lunch time and they have NOTHING ready. I hope the owner knows how ridiculous that is. Total loss of money for subway, while others in the food court are ready and serving customers. Good luck surviving in the dog eats dog world.
