  Update: Oh, it's all been said in tons of 1 and 2 star reviews, some dating back 7+ years. Chronically understaffed. Poor training. Inconsistent service and product. 0 stars.

  We came in tired with our 4 kids to eat at the end of a long car trip and the kids were all antsy and having trouble deciding what to eat. Kathleen was great! She was extremely patient and helped the kids make decisions and we found something for all the picky eaters to eat. It was the perfect place to stop!

  Such kind workers!!! Placed an order tonight after I very emotional day, the manager and worker were so sweet! I appreciate the service and it made my day soooooo much better. Thank you all!

  I went through the drive up to order. I ordered a smoothie : they were out of yogurt, so no. I ordered a cold mocha latte: she couldn't remember, so hot? Cash only, couldn't accept cards: but were out of pennies,so had to "round up". What a way to run a business

  Unfortunately, as a Panera fan, this was not it. Floors were dirty with food and pieces of debris, dirty table tops & chairs, the trash station was (not exaggerating) piled high with plates, cups, etc all over couldn’t hardly fit another piece of garbage in the hole. Didn’t seem exceptionally busy for all this. Food was good no complaints with that , sandwich was hot and fresh as you would hope for the price.
