After getting the food and parking and looking into my bag, I noticed that the burger I ordered was missing. I walked in and let a lady with a headset on know about it, and I was given the burger. I went back out to my car, and then I noticed that I had no barbecue sauce for the nuggets. So I went in again. The lady with the headset on who helped me with the burger was on her cell phone with another employee...just laughing and giggling at something. A different lady tending the cash register gave me the sauce. And you wonder why I was missing stuff. Twice. Epic failure. Twice.
