I had the worst Philly cheese steak of my life (which is really saying a lot since I have pretty low standards). Ordered some frickles as an appetizer. They were very thick compared to what I am used to from living down south. We didn't eat more than 3 or 4 of them before giving up on them. My wife had a salad, which was fine other than a few really wet pieces of lettuce. This was my first visit to the victor location (been to the Brighton Henrietta one several times) and it will also be my last. Service was slow, even when the dining room wasn't full and the food was terrible. I will say they had the Genny Pils on tap and that was excellent. The other beer I had from Ellicotville tasted really flat for being on tap. It is really frustrating to say it but just go to NYBP. It is worth the 45 minute wait.
