I give my name at the speaker and they tell me to pull forward when I get to the window They ask me what I ordered as if they had no idea in the first place, it then takes 10 to 15 minutes to make a coffee or a drink and they always are missing one of the ingredients. The managers need to learn to not clear the screens to try and get their good processing times if they can’t make the correct items. This store needs to be more like the Henrietta Store Tried a 2 time today. Received large drink covered soda all over it. Pastry bag was soaked in some other drink liquid My bad for trying this location again!
