The front door was locked, and I watched multiple people try to get in, only having to walk around to find another entrance. Worst Chipotle experience ever.

I went up to the counter to ask about my pickup order and the employees just shrugged at me and said “i don’t know”, then ignored me, so i just sat back down and didn’t get my order until 3:20, almost 40 minutes after i placed it. They also forgot my side of guacamole that was almost 3 dollars.

I can see how the base of the high top tables can be overlooked for cleaning but it's bad. The floors were very dirty also and I doubt it happened in that first hour. And then I went to the restroom.... The one I ended up in didn't have toilet paper, had a pile of brown something on the floor, and all surfaces were gross. If the rest of the restaurant goes uncleaned you really have to hope they're cleaning the food areas.
