  Delicious. We orders online and it was ready for us when we walked in 15 minutes later. The food at this place is delicious. My family has been waiting for a healthy fast eatery to open in Vestal for years!

  ordered 2 of the acai bowls WITH NUTELLA (in the name) and did not receive nutella in either bowl. took a long time to get our orders as well, very disappointing the bowls did not come as ordered.

  Smoothies are good. Skip the food, IF you get what you ordered, you’re still going to be disappointed. Handing a small food order in multiple plastic bags for absolutely no reason is extremely wasteful as well, overall? 4/10, good smoothies tho (photo was supposed to be a flatbread sandwich, received entirely cold burrito instead)

  Will not be going back, not a particularly welcoming establishment. Our bowl we ordered was made incorrectly, the smoothie we ordered tasted average at best. The advertised promotion was not honored - the unsmiling cashier indicated that was because the app was “not working”. Our purchase was not credited for points, even though an account was created prior to ordering, because the cashier indicated the app was “not working”.

  We were excited to try it and downloaded the app and did online ordering. The promised time that the food would be ready was 8:42AM when we came there food was not there. I asked about it they said we ordered a quesadilla which was a popular item… we waited 30 more minutes inside the store. I had to inquire again about our food since it was so delayed without adequate explanation. People were coming up to order dine in and getting their food right away and other to go orders were brought. We finally got our food which was cold and smoothes melted like they were sitting out.. no apology. We had already given a tip through pay ahead online if I could would take it away as it’s is terrible customer service for a new place.
