  Have tried numerous times, and have had to wait 15-20 minutes in the line. Once was almost 45 minutes.

  This place seriously needs to shape up. Every time I or someone I know orders from here, it either takes forever to be ready or is missing key items, or even both. I've totally stopped getting from here because of how consistently it fails me.

  I don't like to give bad reviews, but this is frustrating and it's not even the first time it has happened at this location. Waited for 10 mins and no one even came up front to take the order inside (I was with someone paying cash so we could not order ahead). I had to ask for someone to come even take the order and even that took a few mins. It would be one thing if someone had spoken to me, but no one even came up to the counter. I can only imagine how long it would have taken before someone noticed we were just standing there. When we actually were helped they were nice and the food got out fast, but that doesn't negate the fact that we waited more than 10 mins to even be acknowledged.

  I put in a mobile order, had to wait around over 20 minutes of the order not even being made, which was in their system. I was told by the lady constantly trying to ignore a rather simple question of where is my food, not even taking a minute to check, only to be lied to directly to my face with evidence I had to contrary that I submitted an order at that location saying that it was not in their system. However once the manager was able to come over suddenly it happened to be in their system and it had updated on my application. I don't appreciate being lied to, I don't appreciate being ignored by staff, and I definitely hate the fact that they would rather lie to your face than actually decide to take 5 seconds to help you.
