I absolutely loved it here!! I had lunch here after shopping the Vestal Parkway. My mother in law saw there was a fairly new place. She got a burrito. IT WAS HUGE! She didn't leave hungry. I loved the shrimp tacos! When I had to start a food group immediately to my family members to try the Mexican chain out. Highly recommend. Highly recommend tipping them. They did a great job making fresh food. ❤️

I walked in for the first time and ordered a bowl. The girl behind the counter was knowledgeable on all of their offerings. The portions were very generous. I think the prices could be a little lower, but getting out of anywhere with this much food for less than $20 anymore is a minor miracle, and that’s what happened. The food was much less greasy than the competition in our area. Reminded me of the good old days at moe’s, apart from the price. That said, these two establishments have similar prices now and the food I had at this establishment is much better than the last two visits I had to Moe’s. Good stuff, would go back.

I went to the drive-thru for my first ever visit today to buy lunch around 11:30. I was told by the woman through the speaker that they were short staffed and waiting on customers inside first. She said I could come inside. I told her it was my first time here and needed time to look at the menu. Then I told her I was ready. She told me that she already told me to come in the restaurant. I waited 5 minutes at the drive through, then I told her I was leaving. She started arguing that she told me to come in. I told her that you can't tell customers that they have to come inside the restaurant when you have a drive through. There are customers with disabilities who rely on drive-thru restaurants.
She made sure she went to the drive-thru window to watch me drive away.
I am willing to try again another time. I just hope there are enough employees to provide customer service when ordering food.

This is an okay addition to the area. It really is essentially another Chipotle. Sure, here they don’t charge extra for guac, cool. I did enjoy their surf and turf option. It was tasty, quick, and convenient. That’s all it’s supposed to be. You don’t come here for authentic, because it isn’t, you go to an actual Mexican restaurant for that. This is American fast food, it’s a Chipotle facsimile, they are interchangeable as far as I’m concerned. Sure, Qdoba doesn’t charge extra for guac or queso, so if that motivates you, cool.

This is the second and probably last time ordering here because both times have not been great. The first time I wasn’t given the queso that I paid for and not given any of the sides requested for the entrée. Now this time I ordered delivery and I was given the queso but with no chips, what am I supposed to do with queso when not given what you eat it with, so more wasting of my money. And I did also look up that you are supposed to receive chips when you order queso to confirm because I was starting to feel unsure since it now happened multiple times. It’s incredibly frustrating that both times I have not been able to fully enjoy my expected meal. It’s very unfortunate that these careless mistakes are driving away customers when this business has just started out here especially because I have actually enjoyed the quality of the food that I have gotten to eat but I’m not gonna continue to support a business that keeps gypping me of ordered items and making me dissatisfied of the service given. 2 chances back to back is all you get from me, do better.
EDIT: I forgot to add the most important part. The delivery bag was not sealed properly which is a huge safety concern considering you deliver through DoorDash and don’t have your own delivery service.
Not to mention I also finally got a second to sit down and try to enjoy my burrito after taking care of my toddler the past 12 hours to find that there is no rice and they put both types of beans in it which it clearly states NO BEANS in the picture that I added! I tried to pick around them but it was literally the majority of the burrito. You guys are lucky that it’s just a strong dislike for beans and not an allergy!! Like come on someone could bite into a wrapped burrito, unknowingly eat something they aren’t supposed to and go into anaphylactic stock because your staff aren’t able to read a label or even worse did it on purpose. Complete waste of my dinner and I now for sure will not be coming back and will be telling anyone I know that wants to try it that it’s a waste of their money.
