  Stopped here for lunch with my kids cause we were out shopping and they wanted something quick to eat. We went inside and ordered our food, grabbed our number then went and found a table. I noticed people were getting their food that ordered after us. So I went to the counter and lord be hold, our food was sitting on the counter in bags. They never brought it out to us. Someone finally came to the counter and I asked for our cups and our food was cold because no one brought it to us or even said anything. She literally handed me cups and walked away. Well my oldest and I went to go get drinks at the machine and guess what, there was no soda and they never said anything until everyone complained about it. Don’t eat there.

  3 stars for cleaning. Tables were sticky. Ordered two happy meals for kids and the nuggets were just about warm. They couldn’t eat all of it because it’s not warm enough and not crispy. While we were there, another customer came in and no one was behind the counter, she had to shout out loud to get help. When we received our food at the table, I said thank you and the employee didn’t even acknowledge us. Poor service.

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We waited almost an hour for our food. We ordered from the kiosk and grabbed a table tent and entered our tent number. The kiosk said they would bring us our food. We waited about 25 minutes until I went up front to ask what was taking so long. I gave my receipt to 4 different people. The manager finally came and got my receipt after another 20 minutes and sarcastically apologized and said she gave our order to someone else. She then told me that my order was being remade. When we finally got the order, our meals were sloppy and the fries were cold and unsalted. There was no offer for a refund. No care to give us at least fresh fries after waiting there for almost an hour. We will absolutely not be going back!

  Not the greatest MCsperience. Very slow paced workers, we actually stood in line for 15 minutes before any worker or manager came to the register. 1 car in the drive thru at first then after 30-40 minutes of waiting for under average McDonald’s food with every coffee order wrong. The lobby was filled with customers waiting for help, 20 minutes for a 2 hash brown order , door dashes waiting for orders while answering calls from door dash customers wondering where the order is. 15+ cars in the drive through after we walked out. Managers looked no different from new trainees. Do NOT order here if you are in a morning rush. Shoot even a clocked out employee showed up to pick up his check & the manager had some lame reply that the checks were locked in the office, on a Saturday. Imagine making your employee have to drive back on a day off to get his check 2 days later. Corporate needs to do something.

  Took my grandkids through the drive through today. Waited 16 mins for someone to come to the speaker. The car in the lane next to me waited just as long. Both of us were randomly calling into the speaker - Hello? Hello? Hello? No answer. Cars that were in line behind both of us were driving away. The fries were unsalted, barely warm and crunchy. How can it take 16 mins for anyone to come to the speaker? The time before that it was around 9-10 mins. And why were the fries unsalted, barely warm & crunchy??? Management needs to look into these issues.
