There were about 10 people inside who had all been waiting the same amount of time as me if not longer. The staff had no idea what orders they were making, there was no system or structure at all. The staff started getting rude with the customers but everyone just wanted their food. Don’t tell people it’s going to be a few minutes when in reality it’s going to be an hr long wait.

Blasting gangster music while customers are in the drive-thru and yelling about customers orders in front of said customers because they couldn't do their own job right.

I placed my order in went to pay for it at the counter, worker told us he don’t know how to ring it up on the register and that he would get someone. A family came in behind me placed an order and got their food before I could even pay. Another worker came up to the front to help another costumer and did help them and went right back to working on the line and getting food out never even bothered to see if we need help.This Taco Bell has gone down hill all they care about is getting drive thru taken care of and making people inside wait for ever.
