  I put in a mobile order, had to wait around over 20 minutes of the order not even being made, which was in their system. I was told by the lady constantly trying to ignore a rather simple question of where is my food, not even taking a minute to check, only to be lied to directly to my face with evidence I had to contrary that I submitted an order at that location saying that it was not in their system. However once the manager was able to come over suddenly it happened to be in their system and it had updated on my application. I don't appreciate being lied to, I don't appreciate being ignored by staff, and I definitely hate the fact that they would rather lie to your face than actually decide to take 5 seconds to help you.

  This location is a joke!. Very clear with word everytime I go through the drive through and have to repeat my words 4-5 times. They still even screwed my order up.

  Idk what happened to this Taco Bell. If it changed hands, or managers, or what - but the service, speed, cleanliness, and end product is absolutely shy of normal standards. Only TBell I'll go to anymore in the area is court st, Binghamton. Waited over 30 minutes for an Uber delivery pickup just at the physical restaurant. In the meantime, someone in the back started exchanging words with another customer for looking at him. Never again - this place is out of control. Garbage cans all overflowing and bathrooms are disgusting.

  Loved going here when we first moved to the area and now it's completely gone downhill. My family went into the lobby to use a kiosk to order our dinner that part was quick and easy however we sat in the lobby for 30 mins before my partner had to ask what was taking them so long. After receiving our food 45 minutes later both chicken quesadillas that I ordered were wrong one had spicy jalapeno and one had no chicken but it's was for a child so he didn't care. I went in to ask them to correct just one and make it without jalapeno sauce like we ordered and when they remade it they made me a second cheese quesadilla even though I said just chicken and cheese... And this is just one of many incidences we've had here family will not be eating here again.
