I can't speak for my partner, who placed a separate mobile order, and still hasn't received it despite the order being marked "complete" and having been placed almost 40 minutes ago. We've checked up on it, been told it was being worked on, told it was already made, and, my favorite, asked, "How was the food, [partner's name]?" Idk, man, we'll let you know when we get it. I realize this is a new location with some kinks to work out, but why are we being gaslit by the Qdoba workers when we have an itemized receipt and no food? Update: It was sitting on the shelf the entire time, with employees saying it was being worked on, because no one could be bothered to turn around for 3 seconds. In the future, it would be SUPER COOL to check if people's orders are good to hand out when they ask for it repeatedly and you know you already made it. Update to the update: The chips and queso never made it into the bag and we had to go up to the counter AGAIN to ask for what we paid for. Get it together, guys.

Employee making our food automatically made 3 tacos so cost twice as much. My husband ls burrito looked like it was made for a child and my bowl was 80% rice. Couldn't taste anything else. There was also a dog (not a service animal) sitting in a booth with their owner. How is that up to health code? And all of this for $50. Not worth coming

Granted this place has only been open for a few weeks, but my burrito was not wrapped very well. When I put it down everything came unwrapped. The guacamole was way overloaded on half of the burrito and not at all on the second half of it. I will come back again after the place has been open a while because I understand that in the beginning things are rough and people are just being trained.Tthere were also mostly teenagers working. A teenager made my wrap. She was training a teenager at the register. In my opinion right now Moe's is much better and cheaper but I will be back in a few months or so to try again.

The protein serving was also minimal, and the bowl ended up being mostly sauce rather than an actual meal. The flavor was fine, but the portion size and balance didn’t justify the price.

I got a bowl and the meat was dry no flavor, barely any sour cream, only drink option was Coca Cola or diet Coca Cola, and the chips and queso was so small. Also I have seen other locations with Vegan options such as tofu or impossible meat but it wasn’t an option here. 5/10 my man plan to try one more time but I am not.
