    I was honestly shocked by my experience. I ordered a salami sandwich and it only had THREE slices of salami on it. I’ve never been to any sandwich shop where a sandwich was made that skimpy. Sandwiches are supposed to be hearty and worth the money — this felt careless and not worth what I paid. It really left me questioning what happened here. I know this was not a mistake, it definitely didn’t meet basic expectations. The only reason why I didn’t turn around and go back was because I was already on the road. Imagine how annoyed I was Very disappointing.

    I ordered my sandwich online for pickup, I removed two items off the sandwich and added some things as well. They didn’t make the sandwich accordingly so I went back in. When they saw that they didn’t make it correctly, instead of remaking the sandwich so that it was correct they added the additional items onto it. Leaving what I didn’t want on there. Crumpled up my receipt and threw it away, then smacked a sticker on the wrapper to reseal it as if hoping I wouldn’t notice.

    The last 2 Saturdays I have gone to get a picklewich because it keeps getting advertised and this is my favorite seasonal item. Saturdays are my only days of so last Saturday (11/8) I placed an online order for pickup around 3:15pm and they immediately called me and refunded my order saying they were closing early. This Saturday (11/15) I tried to order online but it wouldn’t let me and said to call the store to place an order. There was no answer, so I went there and all the lights are off and there’s a sign on the door that says sorry for the inconvenience we are closing at 6pm now…this was at 3:26pm. What is going on?

    I have come to this store a couple times a month for years for lunch, always the same guy working (dude has a killer mustache) unbelievably polite,friendly, and quick. Today after waiting for almost 10min to order, in an almost empty store. I asked the new employee, who barely speaks English, where’s the guy with the mustache? In broken English, he tells me he was fired for not passing a test about Jimmy Johns practices. Must be speaking English isn’t part of Jimmy John’s test. Bring back mustache guy!!

    I thought they toasted all the sandwiches but mine wasn't toasted. If you have to ask for it to be toasted then maybe that should be stated somewhere.
