You may have a rather decent wait time if going at peak times and after many classes release, but the service is great and all the staff are lovely. Everyone knows and loves Chad but the student staff are great as well. I’ve never had a poor experience going here (and I’m there rather often 😂)

While on a university tour with a friend, I found myself standing in line at what I can only describe as one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts establishments I've ever visited. As I patiently waited in line, I observed a fellow student ahead of me attempting to pay for their order. However, it quickly became evident that there was an issue with the card machine that hadn't been addressed. Despite the situation being out of the customer's control, the cashier and their colleague responded with an unacceptable lack of professionalism. Instead of handling the situation with courtesy and understanding, they resorted to yelling at the student, displaying a shocking disregard for basic manners and customer service principles. Overall, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth and significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant visit to Dunkin' Donuts.
