  Worst dunkin in broome county. Order is always wrong, takes forever.

  I went to this Dunkin today 11/20 at 10:30am. The drive through was quick- that's the only positive part of this. I ordered a caramel macchiato. I know it's espresso. I think everyone knows it's espresso. I took a sip and it was so bitter.. I politely said "I think my coffee is burnt" and was quickly shunned by an employee with a disgruntled face for calling it "coffee". Ok thanks. It's still burnt. They said they would remake it and bring it out. My husband went in to get it so they wouldn't have to bring it out and walked in to 6 AMAZING employees talking negatively and loudly joking about the "coffee" being burnt. Forgive me, wonderful Dunkin employees for wanting a non bitter caramel macchiato- which I paid for. The employees are snarky with their remarks and should act responsible and respectable. Also, they might want to check who's standing at the counter before talking about customers. My remade caramel macchiato with ESPRESSO was good. Thank you. The staff needs new training on their behaviors.

  Whoever is working in the drive-thru today October 8th, 2025 around 2:15 pm was very rude.. rushing me to order had a very nasty tone when I got the the window he was just staring at me giving me a dirty look… very disrespectful… 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.. tired to call to make a complaint but phones aren’t working…
