  I ordered a veggie bowl, large chips and queso. This is the 3rd or 4th time I am unable to eat the chips, one this was not a large,and two the chips are a mixture of bunched together, undercooked and over cooked. This is unacceptable, Chipotle we are paying customers, someone needs to care.

  I’m always skeptical about dining at chipotle due to recent problems with sanitation and safety. Because of this I prefer to go at hours when they are busy so food is fresher. I ate here around 2pm where it was moderately busy but not overcrowded. My wait was normal and the service was acceptable. The food was tasty. There was few trash and food on the ground. I would recommend going at noon hours if you prioritize fresh, safe food and a clean environment. Comparing this place to the Johnson City Chipotle, which I ordered food from Uber Eats at a later hour (around 8pm), the food is better. My Johnson City bowl had a piece of plastic in it. Overall, the food was good and the atmosphere was better compared to other Chipotle spots around town.

  I usually don’t write bad things about restaurants Bcz I understand what it takes to build one. But some places need those small improvements which needs to be highlighted or else ppl can get more sick. Ordered a plant based bowl with rice with all the condiments, and fall really sick. It got me diarrhea. The place was very busy but the quality of the food sadly is not good. The restaurant was very dirty, and so was the food prep place. The lady doing the billing had an watever attitude which is okay may be she was too tired being busy, The hope I am the only one sick tonight😢😢 It’s high time management does something with cleanliness 🤷🙏

  Got hella attitude from a lady worker who gave me little chicken. I asked for little more chicken as the same amount of the person in front of me who didn’t do extra chicken and she charged me for double. Does this place even have a standard of how much proportion they give to customers? Also where does the attitude come from? Absolutely terrible experience. Worst working attitude I’ve ever seen.

  I had a really unpleasant experience at Chipotle today. The guy making the food (the Korean guy behind the line) was extremely rude and had no welcoming attitude at all. It honestly felt like I was bothering him just by ordering. He kept making smart comments and acting like I was taking up his time from talking and hanging out with his coworkers instead of doing his job. On top of that, I had to ask him to change his gloves because he had just been helping fix the door. He said he was “mostly just watching,” but regardless, he had still been touching the door and other things before coming back to prepare food. That’s basic food safety and should not have to be pointed out by a customer. No one even came to help me right away because it took three employees standing there trying to fix the door before anyone finally acknowledged me. The whole situation felt very unprofessional. The employees seemed more interested in talking and joking around with each other than actually helping customers. It made the environment feel disorganized and uncomfortable. When people come in to spend their money, they should at least feel welcomed and respected. Sadly, that wasn’t the case during my visit, and it definitely made me think twice about coming back.
