I checked my email and saw it had been canceled. I placed a second order while standing in the store, and again it was confirmed but mysteriously not received. A few minutes later it was canceled as well, even though they were receiving other online orders. It was clear the staff were canceling my order because it was free. I ordered the same thing at another Subway location and had no issues. They have terrible customer service, they are liars, they wasted my time and just unprofessional.
