The portions were tiny, making the sandwiches feel incomplete and poorly prepared. The overall experience was frustrating. While the store wasn’t dirty, the inattentive service and lack of proper food preparation left a very negative impression. Subway is known for fresh ingredients and customizable sandwiches, but this location completely failed to meet those standards. I hope management addresses the staff’s behavior and ensures sandwiches are made properly. Customers deserve friendly service and properly prepared food, whether they use a coupon or not.
