  These people don’t know how to properly make a milkshake, every other Haagen-Dazs I’ve ever been to was great. Except this one, lol new staff.

  Older Indian lady and older black gentleman have major attitude problems. Very rude and unkind. I ordered a fruit smoothie, literally only 5 seconds had passed. I quickly read the ingredients and realized it could be ordered without dairy, making it easier on my stomach. I asked her if I could get the non dairy option, she rolled her eyes, rudely asked me why I didn't ask for that in the first place, looking as if she wanted to rip my head off. She actually froze and stared at me, trying to intimidate me and get me to back down and drink the smoothie with dairy in it. Just lazy and unprofessional workers for the most part. I must have lost my mind to come back here today, because the workers have always been aggressive and cold.
