Their attitude feels unfriendly and unhelpful, which makes the whole visit uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this, because the service definitely needs improvement.

First of all charging $3 extra for a Halloween bucket is ridiculous especially if your purchasing 50 munchkins. I recieved my latte and asked if there was whip cream. I was told theres a .50 up charge. I stated that it normally comes with whipped cream. I was told that I ordered a regular pumpkin spice latte not the signature latte. I didnt know there were two different pumpkin lattes as I always order pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk for my wife. The lady kept insisting I pay the $.50. The Spanish gentleman was nice and was like dont worry its ok. Its whipped cream let's be honest $.50 is ridiculous. I didnt leave a review 3 weeks ago when a Spanish lady in the front was rude and completely messed up my wife's drink. I do have to say the munchkins were fresh.
