I informed the employee, Jun, that I do not consume red meat and that this was not the dish I had requested. Despite my clarification, he persisted in claiming that this was what I had asked for and proceeded to return my money rather than rectifying my order. His unprofessional and unhelpful attitude exemplifies poor customer service and a lack of respect for their patrons.

They are mis representing pricing and not being helpful. I tried to place a order from the application for the store and that location was unavailable I believe there is an issue with the app at this time. I believe your employees should be more helpful and not rude and disgustingly dismissive to customers. This took place today Friday June 16,2023 at 1608hrs.
