My mother’s English is not the best and the so called “manager” that was working in the pick up section refused to even listen to her or pay her any mind. She tried calling me and putting me on speaker to speak to the man, where he ignored her not once but twice. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Kept my food sitting cold for 45 mins until I called and spoke to his “boss”. Where they finally handed over the food to my mother. Which came cold. Horrible service, I expect better from my neighborhood.
