I walk in to get a cake the young lady behind the counter did not greet or acknowledge she continued to remove things from rhe shelves behind counter. The freezer would not open, I asked for assistance, she made me feel like I was bothering her, tgen she came over to open it she couldn't open it. She advised the manager is not here I cannot open it. She asked a co worker he opened it. The cake selection was not the best but I made a selection. I asked for 1 cake to say congrats joshua the other to say J C 2025. I was told there wss not enough red to write in both cake just the smaller i asked fir J C 2025 I got JO 2025 when I advised ir was incorrect, I was told thats what you wrote on the paper 🤔🤔 I will show you, and she started to walk off. I asked her could she correct it. I aad given the same I don't want to be here attitude she takes the cake. She comes back it says J. C. 2025 but it looks like she corrected it with her finger If you do not want to serve people please get another job. If you do not want to be at work stay home. You will lose customers with this type of service.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
