God forbid they forget something you’ll be waiting another 30 minutes because they don’t acknowledge the customers at all. And no one speaks english luckily I know a little to communicate. TERRIBLE

The premises is utterly filthy. I took my daughter and her friend there after soccer practice today at 11:30… It was over $10 apiece, almost everything we ordered was incorrect… What we got was absolutely disgusting. They were not busy, no one was eating inside, and no one was behind me in the drive-through, and the manager seemed to take it personally when I wanted to exchange what they gave me for what I actually ordered. When fast food for three people is over $40; I think most people would expect it to be what they asked for and paid for. I was at the end of my work day- tired, hungry, and mentally a little shot. I pulled up and Brayan had such a positive attitude and energy in his voice on the speaker, and it maintained at the window. He was polite, professional, positive, and just fantastic.
