  Closing team for this place was not helpful. I placed an order for pick up and they were closed. I asked for a refund and they told me if I can come back tomorrow morning. I said I couldnt and explained why. They were very adamant that they threw it out and couldnt help or do anything. They laughed and and walked away. Its not professional behavior.

  Whoever works the afternoon shifts are great. I’ve had horrible experiences with people who are opening. In the morning I’ve ordered a refresher maybe 5 different times WITH lemonade and every time without fail it’s made with green tea. A coupe of those times I’ve went up and ask them to remake it with lemonade. The lady gave me a dirty look kind of like “why are you making me do my job?” Then “remade it” but not with lemonade with green tea AGAIN. Whenever I ask for a bagel with cream cheese there’s no cream cheese on it. My food is always burnt or not cooked at all. Horrible service. I recommend new employees.

  The staff is unfriendly.while ordering a drink never once the cashier provided me with the full answer to my questions about the drink.poor service.

  I have been told 6 times in the past month that they are out of ice coffee. Even at 5:30pm

  Fabby ,Gab and Dahlia are all great. The whole staff is amazing. I love this dunkin more then any other.
