We waited in line for nearly 15 minutes for our food!! Employees in Street clothes sitting on there phones! When we finally received our order it was wrong!! My daughter wanted no ketchup on her burger and we got ketchup regardless. We did not have time to have our order corrected due to needing to catch our train. Corporate please do somthing about this McDonald's!!

- CGCheronisi GrahamDec 21, 20251.0went through the drive-through to place a fast food order was not greeted was not told to hold waited 10 minutes drove up to the window for a young lady to look me rudely in my face I said is the machine broken she said no I just put the headset on why are you working fast food and your headset is not on is beyond me. Then I requested to place the order at the window and she said I would have to go back around. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. The guy from the grill was in the background going to get a beverage. They’re acting like nobody’s on the clock someone needs to investigate this.
- CSCarleigh SealesDec 14, 20251.0HORRIBLE this McDonald’s is one of the worst I have EVER been to I went to this McDonald’s on the way home and I was tired and cranky and the bathroom was locked and there was literal garbage on the table and a person sleeping at a table on the corner the roof was leaking the floor was literally soaked I almost slipped and fell on my way in the drink station looked dirty and we waited for fifteen minutes and the employees were eating before serving us and didn’t even say hello when we came in and it was way understaffed I will NEVER return to this McDonald’s again
