Food was cold and tasted disgusting. The employees don't care.

It's pretty sad when you pull up to the drive through window and you get told hold on a minute and you end up waiting almost 10 minutes. And then you place your order. And they tell you that you can't have something, because it's broken. They never fix stuff around here. So would you like to order something else then? When you get up to the cash air. She takes over four minutes while sitting there talking with other staff members.Then, when you get up to the delivery window, you happen to look in.And there's a staff member standing there in a brake pink housecoat.Just talking to everybody, this don't sound like mcdonald's.It sounds more like a daycare, very displeased with the service.
And I enjoy a good mcdonald's big mac, but I will never go to that one again

If I could give this McDonald’s no stars and just a typed up review, I would. Yes I know I can go to a different McDonald’s, but why? When this one is closer to where I live. Always waiting for more than 10 minutes in at a drive thru speaker. Just a few minutes ago, I was waiting at the speaker for awhile just to give the person my order code from the McDonald’s app. So I pulled away to give them my code at the second window and waiting forever to do that. Something needs to be done with the speakers (sometimes “breaking down”) and the employees!

The woman behind the counter was consistently muttering under her breath but loud enough for everyone to hear very rude comments. One of them being “if you don’t like it go somewhere else” when she notified me they don’t have ice for my Carmel macchiato, to which I said that is completely okay. To give context; it was obvious they were understaffed. It was also obvious the previous shift clearly did not do prep work. I told the employee to take her time because I can see they are struggling. They did not get my order right. The food was cold. My iced coffee was replaced with “hot coffee” but the hot coffee wasn’t even luke warm. I know corporate won’t see this but I hope whoever reads this review heads my warning to NEVER go to this McDonald’s. The service/food is HORRIBLE.
