One of the few stores where the employees go out of their way to ignore the customer. It took me over an hour to get an order. The question is how much business this store could actually do if there was competent help working there. It's time to terminate all and start over again. And with all this I didn't even mention the 16 year panhandle who was walking up to all the customer begging for money in his brand new designer clothes. This store is on autopilot.

Customers physically BLOCKED me, threatened and intimidated me from picking up my food from the counter due to my racial difference (Latina) while staff just watched from behind the counter. Environment not inclusive, not diverse and racially extremely tense. 3 customers screaming and swearing at me due to my skin color when I politely said "excuse me" to get mine and my kids' meals. The employees just watched and failed to help me and my two small children get their after school snack that we had already paid for. When I finally put myself in harm's way to get the food since no employees were willing to help, the other 3 customers continued screaming at me and threatening me. Then the employees behind the counter were giving me dirty looks and not helping me at all to get the rest of my order. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. TOO DANGEROUS. The lives of a mother and her small children are not worth it. I called the customer service line and although they promised me that the owner would call me back about the unsafe, prejudicial and hostile environment, I never received a call from the owner who apparently does not care.
