Arby's is my favorite fast-food restaurant and as much as I love the Canadian version, our jalapeno bites are no where near as good as the original version, which I can only get here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the cashier I believe her name is Blu. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.

No reason why someone couldn't have at least swept and wiped surfaces down. Dining room was empty and only1 car in drive thru

- NANicole AbelAug 11, 20252.0We went to Arby’s this afternoon because it was too hot to be bothered cooking, while waiting for our food which took about 29 minutes to get even though they weren’t busy at all; we watched a young autistic girl running around barefoot; going up to customers and going behind the counter looking for someone (maybe a parent?) A woman would come out from behind where the food was being made and redirect the child to go to the side area of the dining room. One customer made a comment about calling CPS because the child was left unattended for several minutes and the person at the register said no need for that and then left the register to try and get that young girl to sit down and eat some chicken tenders. The child then ran behind the counter still barefoot, and the woman making the food stopped her just as the child was near the fryers. If the employee didn’t need to stop making the food to attend to the child my food may have been hot and fresh. I ended up tossing my food out after getting it because it was cold and the woman didn’t wash her hands after dealing with the child’s needs.
