It’s hard to feel comfortable eating when the atmosphere itself feels unsanitary. The customer service was practically nonexistent. The employees seemed uninterested and rushed, with little to no acknowledgment of the customers waiting in line. When it was finally my turn to order, the person behind the counter barely spoke or made eye contact. There was no friendliness or effort to make the experience positive — just a quick assembly of ingredients and a dismissive attitude. What made it worse was the appearance of the food. It didn’t look fresh at all — the rice was dry, the vegetables looked wilted, and the meat didn’t have that just-cooked quality Chipotle is usually known for. For a restaurant that promotes fresh and flavorful meals, this visit felt like the complete opposite. Overall, this Chipotle location needs serious improvement in both cleanliness and customer service. Management should take more pride in maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment because right now, it’s just not there. I’m giving two stars only because the brand itself is usually reliable, but this specific experience was a real disappointment and not one I’d want to repeat anytime soon.
