- BBBritneyDec 3, 20251.0The pharmacy is terrible. First there was 2 weeks where they didn't get the prior auth. Then the auth went through and I go to pick up and get the run around about how they dont have it yet. Tomorrow after 2. That's what they told me 2 days ago. And two days ago before that. Im having my script transferred to another pharmacy and will not be using kinney anymore. Its been a MONTH since the script was sent to them and they "still dont have it."

Almost every staff member I’ve ever encountered dealing with the pharmacy genuinely acts as if their being held against will forced to a life time working at the Kinney drugs in trumansburg. Not to mention you are beyond slow fulfilling anything if you actually even have it… looking at your google comments seems like this has been a problem and you’ve been told by customers for over 3 years and your page even responds to the comments… thought I’d let you know literally nothing has changed with your staff. If you hate your life and want to discard that energy onto others find yourself a job that doesn't involve customer service.

Bridget and Mikaela were able to get me the medication, they connected with my pharmacy in Maine and with my insurance company and even though this happened on a Saturday of a holiday weekend they were able to get the medication for me. I appreciate all that they did . They made a stressful situation much less stressful. Thank you both!
