  I get out of school and come over here for lunch, the past 2 days I asked for unsweetened green tea at the drive through and got home and was confused by it tasting sweet. I asked them about it today and he said it always has sugar. You guys should be more careful. If someone asks for no sugar you need to let them know, can be dangerous for diabetics. And they made that mistake twice.

  Worse ran Panera i have ever been in if i could give them zero stars. They literally stand behind the counter and do not help you. I had to walk behind the counter and go find someone in the back to help us. Looks like another nation food brand losing their way.

  Morning staff are friendly and smiling first thing in the morning. I like that they remember me as a 'regular' and remember my order. A nice way to start each work day.

  Friendly service but they got almost everything wrong... 🤦🏽‍♀️ The most of the food was delicious when we finally received it. I don't like the fact that they take your money and then tell you to pull into a spot and wait and promise everything will be in the bag... We asked for the extras to be given at the window but they insisted on it being in the bag. 1) missing the coffee 2) missing the brown sugar 3) the creamer was old and clumpy 4) salad was missing the dressing 5) they gave me a raisin bagel instead or the cinnamon crunch bagel. 😭 At that point I wasn't going back another time. Which sucks because I really wanted the cinnamon crunch bagel. Those things are soooo yum.
