  I got a Cobb salad meal. I also received a bowl of chili that I ordered as extra cheddar cheese, sour cream, and extra saltine crackers. I also asked for extra salad, dressing and french onions. Every time I go to Wendy's I get some kind of Burger for my dog. I specifically take every everything off the burger except for the bun, the cheese and the patties. When I received my order I got no dressing at all for my salad. One package of saltine crackers barely know cheddar cheese in my chili and my dogs Burger had onions on it. I did not realize this till I got home. I opened the burger and As soon as my dog smelled the onions he turned his nose up. He won't touch it. And I am not prejudiced I believe in EOE however, if I walk into a place in Troy, New York to order food and someone of a different dialect of English or of a different dialect, different language cannot understand English they should be able to reach out to an additional employee to translate. Other people may feel differently, but I think that's unfair to the employee and to the customer at that point because there's no communication orders are wrong. Complaints or compliments are taken wrong. There's only so many times can go to the closest Wendy's near you at a convenience just to go back the next day to complain. When the whole reason you went there was out of convenience hopefully with this post other people may reach out and corporate might actually respond. I paid for accommodations to my meal and the opposite was given to me. I have not opened the Cobb salad yet as that's supposed to be my dinner tonight. I will keep you all posted if any changes. Also I did try calling the restaurant and got a voicemail to a machine that you can't leave a message on. I will be going there tomorrow and I'll let you all know what happens.

  Order Thur the app for pick up. Walked in, there were 5 people ahead of me at the counter. We could all see our food sitting there getting cold because the person they had expediting had absolutely no clue how to do the job. If I hadn't already paid I just would have walked out. The quality of Wendy's food has gone downhill in recent years anyway. This was a good reminder to take my money elsewhere in the future.

  It's a Wendy's . Fast food spot aomits not the Ritz Carlton. But the service is quick and the food came out hot. Wendy's is my favorite burger out of the fastfood chain and the staff there were very nice.
