Order Thur the app for pick up. Walked in, there were 5 people ahead of me at the counter. We could all see our food sitting there getting cold because the person they had expediting had absolutely no clue how to do the job. If I hadn't already paid I just would have walked out. The quality of Wendy's food has gone downhill in recent years anyway. This was a good reminder to take my money elsewhere in the future.

It's a Wendy's . Fast food spot aomits not the Ritz Carlton. But the service is quick and the food came out hot. Wendy's is my favorite burger out of the fastfood chain and the staff there were very nice.

First off… my name is NOT “Christopher A.”Therefore my UberEats driver was given the wrong bag of food by the employees at this location. Idk why my Uber driver didn’t check first before taking the bag, but I also have no idea why the employees didn’t check either. Beyond pissed because my order was $60, and the food I did receive I can’t even eat…..
Could uber resolve the issue for me? Sure. But this also should’ve never been an issue….

i go here frequently and it always takes 5-10 minutes to get service even with no on in line but me and usually something is always wrong with my order the atmosphere here sucks it’s like walking into a funeral there’s no excitement just dread and sorrow there’s ONLY 2 people manning the register one is rude no matter what it’s always late service and incorrect times given and there’s never forks or spoons around to grab and sometimes they just don’t have spoons at all
