My most recent experience was only a few days ago. I ordered online around 10:30 AM. I arrived to find no one there despite an opening time of 9:00 AM. This particular store is awful and it doesn't seem that it will ever improve. The "owner" continually replies saying things like "this is unacceptable," yet things have remained the same here for a couple of years. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO HERE.
