Lemme just say, this staff was looking out for me. Had a not so great experience at another location, never mentioned it to this staff, but they took customer service to the next level. Looked out for me in ensuring I had the sauces I needed, and threw a couple coupons my way too. Going forward I'll drive the few extra minutes compared to the other location as this spot knows what is up!

They recently did a renovation on this location. I was hopeful that better service would come with the improved facade. It didn't. My most recent experience was only a few days ago. I ordered online around 10:30 AM. I arrived to find no one there despite an opening time of 9:00 AM.
This particular store is awful and it doesn't seem that it will ever improve. The "owner" continually replies saying things like "this is unacceptable," yet things have remained the same here for a couple of years. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO HERE.

I’m genuinely appalled by what I witnessed tonight at this Taco Bell location. I rolled up to the drive-thru couple hours ago only to find out that there was literally one single employee running the entire store. Yes, you heard that right: one person doing absolutely everything from the kitchen to the dishes to trying to manage customer service.
He declined service because it was just him.
This is not just inconvenient—it’s downright unfair and frankly feels like employee mistreatment, and dangerous. How can a major chain allow a single worker to be stranded like this, unable to even serve customers because they’re juggling every single task alone? It’s beyond ridiculous.
I’m writing this review not just to express how disappointed I am as a customer who couldn’t get service, but to shout loudly that this is a serious management and staffing failure. Nobody should have to do the job of an entire team alone, and it’s outrageous that corporate or management hasn’t addressed this.
I strongly urge whoever is in charge—whether it’s HR or upper management—to take immediate action. This is how you burn out good employees and ruin customer experiences. Let’s do better for the people who work here and for those of us who just want a meal without feeling like we’re watching a labor crisis unfold.

I don’t even have the right words to express how utterly terrible this Taco Bell is. Not only did we wait for 30 minutes at the drive thru - trapped, when I ordered I was asking about the cheesy Gordita crunch and if it was the hard taco with a soft taco on the outside, she said no. That’s a burrito. There’s no hard taco. I said then why is it called cheesy Gordita “crunch” - she said she didn’t know but I was looking for is called a double stack. I said okay and ordered two, and some chicken tenders. While waiting I looked up a cheesy Gordita crunch and it’s exactly what I wanted, the double stack is similar but with beans. Finally got the meal and the tacos I got had nacho cheese and bits of taco shells in it. The tacos were cold. I gave up on them and bit into the chicken tender and it literally broke in half like a rock. I had to throw them out. 30 minutes for no food. I’ve never had a worse eating experience but definitely another reason I don’t Taco Bell.
