  Ordered 4 sandwiches with peppers. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes for 4 sandwiches and none of them had the peppers. Slow service.

  Just ordered a sandwich for the first time at this location and I must say that this is the first time that I’ve had a disgusting sandwich from Jimmy John’s. The bread was hard and he put so much meat on the sandwich with very little mayo. Just dry and hard. I should request a refund. It was a total waste of money. Disappointed 100%.

  This location is not "freaky fast" in fact they're incredibly slow. If you order ahead be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes for your order to be completed. They're often understaffed and very frequently get your order customization wrong.

  Ordered a Jimmy John’s Sandwich and Baskin-Robbins ice cream and was very pleased with the customer service. Even though the place was busy, the team prepared my order just right. I truly appreciate their effort and exceptional customer service from Karan!

  Very poor job.i wish I can rate - 0.i want my sandwich to heat up but she refuses to do that I can't she even what they are putting on my sandwich either plus no bag for take out food unless you ask for it.i wish I never went there to buy 😢
