If you must go there, please check your food!

My kids know exactly what donuts they want usually glazed, double chocolate and Boston creme. Usually I will convince them to go with other choices but one of my children has autism and will only eat glazed. So when glazed is out I have to ask for a refund and go someplace else. Today they were out of most of there donuts at 1:30pm. Because this happens every single time I come, I will no longer be stopping at this dunkin location.

I approached the interaction politely and respectfully, so her attitude was both unprovoked and unnecessary. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I strongly encourage Dunkin' Donuts to re-evaluate staff assignments to ensure that individuals with appropriate customer service skills are placed in positions that involve direct communication with customers. Professionalism and courtesy should be a standard expectation.
