I got my order and had received not only an attitude but 3 strawberry frosted doughnuts with sprinkles, 1 wake up wrap and 2 hash-browns. This is not the first time this has happened, still grateful for my food but still not the point.

It is arguable easier to follow the recipes and processes set forward by management. Unfortunately, some franchises are run worse than others. And this is by far the worst dunkin in the area. The morning staff are rude, never get orders right, are arduously slow with creating even the easiest orders, and make fun of you to your face when you ask them to make it right. The manager and owner of this dunkin should feel ashamed that this is the best they can do.
