    I’m not one to ever write a negative review, but these are the laziest workers of any dunkin I have ever been to. They are the ones that most consistently mess up your order. Really poor effort on all accounts.

    They were out of jelly donuts. The hot chocolate machine was broke. You ask for a large hot caramel craze latte and they give you an iced one instead.

    Extremely lazy workers. Anytime you add an espresso shot to your drink order they will be too lazy to put it in and think you will not notice. This has happened multiple times. If we’re paying more money to add espresso, please just do your job and take the extra thirty seconds to do it. It’s not that hard.

    Horrible drink. Ice cold, cup only half full. Asked if my order was correct, drive though attendant could not have been nicer. She apologized and offer to make a new one. I popped into store to get the new drink. They gave me the same one! Cold, half of cup. Only 2 other customers, don't busy. Never going back.
