  Neighborhood isnt great but they always make my coffee right and the girl with the pretty nails really seem to enjoy and take pride in her customs service!

  I placed an order through their app to be picked up at the drive-through. I arrived and am actively sitting in line writing this review. I've been here for 10 minutes and watched one car ahead of me leave because the wait is ridiculous. This location does NOT have timely service. It's 9AM. There's no good reason for a delay of this sort with the fare they serve here.

  😞i placed a mobile order for like 50 munchkins a hour and a half before picking up and when i went they didn’t have a singular donut hole 😔 i was sad and the cashier guy said i should get a refund and i asked how and he said he had no idea and he grabbed the manager (?) and she also did not know. so i contacted customer service for dunkin over a week ago and they haven’t responded . they stole $30 from me and i am broke and skinny now

  Took my dad for a walk in downtown you. He has dimensia and I push him in a wheel chair. He grew up in Troy. Anyways he has to go to the bathroom. I bring him in and am going to get something cause it feels funny not. I get to the counter and they would not allow my dad to use the restroom. I'm pretty sure if your surviving food you have to have facilities. I tried reasoning with the clerks. Would not budge. Really sad. Jack in the box would have let him. We are up the road eating at the Greek place. I guess I should thank them. This is much better.
