I bring him in and am going to get something cause it feels funny not. I get to the counter and they would not allow my dad to use the restroom. I'm pretty sure if your surviving food you have to have facilities. I tried reasoning with the clerks. Would not budge. Really sad. Jack in the box would have let him. We are up the road eating at the Greek place. I guess I should thank them. This is much better.

I love the foam on the top but the actual drink tasted like a water down strawberry Creamsicle, but hey to each is own . thank you for the amazing service and the cleanliness of the Dunkin , you guys are amazing

There was one person waiting for food ahead of me that had already ordered and one person at the drive thru at 10:30am on a Tuesday so it wasn’t crazy busy. There were also four people working behind the counter. Anyway… I waited an additional 15 minutes for my breakfast sandwich, which was stale and weirdly not very hot for something that was supposedly just made. I would’ve left if I had any other options but I needed to get on the road and couldn’t stop again. The bathrooms are also not open and there’s no signage indicating that. The only bright spot was one woman who I assume must be the shift supervisor or manager. She came out to check on things and was friendly and trying to wrangle the team to be quicker and on top of things. I give her a lot of credit. Avoid this Dunkin if you can.
