  Went to Tobawanda location because it was close to home. Used to go to the Maple Rd in Amherst location. Both are absolutely horrible with service and food quality. It's also obvious that they do not put the customer first because they do not respond to reviews or pay attention to reviews. Ordered the 12 pk Taco Suppreme 6 soft shell and 6 hard shell. The soft shell come with sour cream and there was none on any of them. They were nit rolled and stuck to the paper and looked like vegie tacos because there was hardly any meat on them. Hard shell were so thin yhat the cardboard box they came in was thicker than the tavis were. Its a shame that corporate ignores their customers and allows thus to go on. The picture shows how thin the tacos are and they are supposed to be Taco Supreme. Definitely nit worth $38.

  Wow, does it even matter if I leave a review? 🤣 2.3 stars even taco bell corporate dont care about how thier staff treats their customers. I have never met so many rude ignorant fast food workers than I have in Buffalo expecially at taco bell.

  Have ordered the new Diablo dusted nuggets twice and they put like a little pinch of the seasoning on them. The Maple location covers the entire nugget. This location seems to not be trained correctly on how to prepare food. Service is always slow and always get told to pull around to the front door and wait 10 minutes for food. Items always missing. Probably the worst location in the area by far

  Went through drive through and they gave me not what I ordered . I had already driven off and got home to see they gave me an Taco instead of Taco supreme. So disappointed! Not to mentioned it was the last of my money for the week.
