I posted 5 years ago when this Wendy's was going way downhill. I have been coming back recently and I always go through the drive thru. Even though the app never works for me, I order at the speaker and haven't had a problem in forever. Everytime I come, Steven takes my order, he makes sure everything is correct before he hands it to me, and he is just so sweet. He is the best part of my experience there. I came and picked up dinner for my son and I tonight and Steven was excellent again. Everything was correct, fresh, and I even got a couple of extra nuggets. He always takes care of me. I haven't had one issue since he's been on the drive thru. He is great with customers and I would give him a raise myself if I could. I've managed a lot of restaurants and he's exactly what I would look for in an employee. You have an absolute gem there. I asked his name so I could shout him out personally because I watched him check my order to make sure it was correct before he gave it to me. He is a sweetheart. I hope management realizes that they have a star right under their noses. Thank you again for everything, Steven. You're the only reason I keep going back to that Wendy's.

I didnt get food. I walked in wanting to order. All the employees where in the back around the morning watching the Steelers game. I yelled hello 4 different times before walking out. This location is the worst.

Picked up our order through Door Dash App. Paid $18 for 2 Dave's Doubles they were absolutely Horrible, 1 Thin slice of Tomato, literally 1 pickle, Burger was dry couldn't find mayo or ketchup on that thing (Was actually melted on the bun) Few shreds of lettuce, when I say a Few shreds that's what I mean. This place has gone down hill just like every other restaurant on that corner. Don't understand how something can be so expensive but yet made so cheap. Totally Disappointing. Fries were ok.

Made my order via mobile app. They didn't have 2 of the. Items and informed me I'd have to use the app to delete them. I asked if I could cancel the order entirely, nope has to be via mobile app, they have no other way to do it. Really? So bugging corporate I go 😠
