I worked at a subway for years and it’s not hard to follow written out instructions. Not only that, when I order extra veggies they act like they don’t know what the word “extra” means. I don’t know how all of these reviews are saying the same things but nothing is getting fixed. This has been happening for at least the past 2yrs. And the cherry on top, I ordered a meal but didn’t get the meal items and the website is so terrible that they make it very hard to get support.

I even tipped well! Never again as this was the third time I’ve ordered here & didn’t get what I paid for. 3 strikes and you’re out!
