  Honestly I’m only giving two stars bc I’m a regular and the daytime people are usually pretty good. Tonight I had one of the worst experiences at this location on Sheridan. Like a previous review stated the drive thru was closed when I arrived at 838 but the app had allowed me to order through the drive thru. I drove up to the window bc my order included a drink I can only get behind the counter (one of the ice teas). The people inside watched me, sat on their phones and ignored my being there. I did end up going inside for my order and I get that you don’t want to be there but also maybe think about the possibilities of what the person on the other side has going on, maybe they have a sleeping child, maybe they’re not feeling well like a previous poster mentioned, maybe they’re exhausted or coming from the hospital Kenmore Mercy etc. there could be many reasons you could extend a shred of decency to the next person. There were at least 4 people inside, looking at me turning their back, scrolling etc. When I walked in the lady behind the counter thought I was going to cause an issue, nope, the people who had ignored me, turned away and acted like I wasn’t there. I’ll take my order and let you know this has truly soured my view, the app should be fixed to not take drive thru orders if they won’t give them after a certain time, at the same time an upgrade is needed for the way some of the employees treat the customers. I know the Elmwood location would be a better experience, they know my order, they greet with a smile and are pleasant and welcoming every time I go. This place is hit or miss. Losing business over bad attitude is probably not the best way to go.

  Ordered a rapid pick up and wanted to go through the drive thru since I have the flu and I was trying to be considerate of other people. They closed the drive thru 30 mins early. Never been to a Panera that did that, it’s ridiculous. Girls behind the pick up counter were rude and snappy too. They told me they close it early everyday; as if I’d know that, I’m not a regular here for a reason. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience here, y’all need to do better.

  12/14/25, no one in place, ordered 2 cinnamon bagels toasted, coffee and tea, no hot water for tea, Elizabeth at front said wait a moment for water, also said we have no pagers , they will call your name, other employee on break sitting by fireplace, finally got hot water, waited fit bagels walked up there, bagels sitting there toasted and COLD, won’t be back, service gone down hill, 236052

  Fire the manager TODAY!!! 35 minutes for my order and only 4 people in the store. I wouldn’t even worry about my time being waste, more importantly, 2 paramedics were ordering on their lunch break and after about 20-25 minutes of waiting, they just left. It didn’t look like they got a refund, they just stood waiting for their order to be ready then they walked out without getting their order. I swear can you guys please pull up the order preparing times between 10-11:30 on 11/30? One order was coming out every 10 minutes it was embarrassing. I saw all the workers looking around at each other very very confused and not moving with purpose. I will survive, I got my food after a long wait but I felt very bad that the paramedics had to skip their lunch when the store was not busy at all. The funny thing is even when food was coming out, some of it was going back for errors. I saw a lot of people coming into Panera with their families happy to have lunch together but they quickly looked angry and frustrated. It’s interesting to see how many people walked out with frowns on their faces. Looking at other reviews, it seems the efficiency has been a constant struggle with previous reviewers complaining about insane wait times on slow days. I don’t have any complaints about the food. The food was good and accurate for me at least. I would go back in the future but I will be sure to place my order an hour ahead. I worry this behavior and lack of leadership is going to run this location out of business. I enjoy the food and atmosphere but if this continues, I know it’s costing the store money sadly.
