A BOWL OF MAC N CHEESE I have had to wait 30+ minutes all 3 times. Absolutely absurd the amount of time it takes to get food here. If you ever need food on your lunch break don’t expect to be back on time and the prices here are ridiculous.

I would have left, but I had already paid for my order. Then I realized that two employees were involved in an altercation, shouting at each other behind the counter. The cars in back of me started honking. It took 15 minutes for someone to hand me my order. I got home and discovered that a sandwich was missing. A week or so later, my husband met a friend there for coffee. No one was visible behind the counter. A woman waiting next to him said she had been waiting 20 minutes after placing an order at the kiosk. My husband waited 15-20 minutes until someone handed him his order. This location has gone off the rails.

They will not greet you I heard one of them say people need to speak up if they want or need something. They were using all sorts of offensive language not caring who was around. Not professional at all. I give these 4 women 2 thumbs down 👎👎 and I'm being rather polite about the entire situation. I do recommend Panera just not this location or possibly it is just the crew that was on at 5:24 pm 11/4/25. Unhappy camper ☹️
