The staff were extremely rude and had no idea how to resolve the issue, and they didn’t even know the customer service phone number. I had to look it up myself and call them, and the customer service confirmed that they had received the order and told me to go back to the store. It felt like the staff and the customer service were just passing the buck. The employees were not only unhelpful but also quite rude and unprofessional, and eventually, they just ignored me and went about their business. I am never going back to this location again.
