- CHC HNov 15, 20253.0We pre-ordered a meal from Dunkin' Donuts that we often do then we went into this location in Ardsley New York. We politely asked before anything was made to exchange the iced coffee for iced tea and the people behind the counter said we couldn't substitute. The iced tea is much cheaper than the coffee with the milk and sugar in it so we laughed. This place is another example of how Dunkin' Donuts has become hideous not only with their exchange policy but the size of their donuts, the cleanliness of their facilities, and the freshness of their bagels and breads. The staff has nothing to do with it because it all comes down to management and ownership. Dunkin' Donuts is not the same and it's getting worse everyday. Sometimes it's only worth going to a Dunkin' Donuts to see the people that you see all the time because the food is not any fresher or any better.
